General

What is Dialstation?

Dialstation is a phone service, which is a cheap way to make international phone call with your mobile.

Why should I use Dialstation?

One important reason is that, using Dialstation allows you to save up to 95% of your phone costs.

What do i have to do to use Dialstation?

Please go to Home and fill out the form with your telephone number and further down with the destination number and the name of the destination (i.e. Mom), click on the go button below and you will be leaded through the sign up process. At the end we will give you a local number, calling that number connects you with the destination number. You should save the number in your telephone. You will also see which calling mode applies and how much the call will be.

I would like to call a number just once, is there also a possibility?

Yes, therefore we have set up the 903-Service, please call the local German number +49 30 2000 903, you will hear a Dialtone, please dial now your destination number and finish with #, you will hear a short tone and you'll get connected to your destination number.

What is Callback and when does Callback apply?

Callback applies only if you use Dialstation from outside of Germany.

When you call the PDN it will be busy please hang up, the system will recognize you number, call you back and connect you instantly to your destination. You also can call our 903-service, its the same principle, it will be busy, please hang up and answer the call just after, now you will hear a dialtone and you can compose number you want call, please finish by hitting the # key and you get connected.

How works Calldirect and when does it apply?

Calldirect applies if you use Dialstation in Germany.

When you call your PDN you get directly connected to the destination number. If you call the 903-Service, you will hear a dialtone, please compose now the destination number and pres the # key. You'll get connected right away.

Web Calls

Dialstation gives you also the possibility to trigger calls via the kompanel.

What is a PDN?

A PDN is a local phone number, which you can save in your telephone, calling that number connects you directly to your destination number.

How can i get a PDN?

Your first PDN you will get automaticly when you sign up for Dialstation, the PDN connects you to the number you have put in the form on our website. Once you signed up you can get a PDN by going to the start process only that you not get signed up, you'll get a PDN. Another way to set up a PDN is in the kompanel when you click on Contacts.
