Get Started
To get started please follow these short guidelines. More detailed information about further convenient Dialstation features can be found on our instruction page. Dialstation is designed to be used worldwide and comes with two calling modes. Call Direct, when you are located in Germany and Callback, when you are located outside of Germany.
Call Direct - you are located in Germany
Please call 030 2000903, you'll get a dialtone
Please now dial the complete destination number (i.e. 0015678901234) and finish by typing #
You will now hear the connecting signal and be connected with your destination number...enjoy your call!
Callback - you are located outside of Germany
Please call Dialstation 0049 30 2000903 (without blocking your caller ID)
You will hear a busy signal, please hang up
Dialstation calls you back, pick up and you'll hear a dialtone
Place your call and finish by typing #
You will now hear the connecting signal and be connected with your destination number...enjoy your call!
At the same time you'll get an SMS giving you your user name and PIN. The registration process is now finished. Now, you can login to the Kommpanel, check your balance or your invoices, put money on your account or even transfer money between different accounts but also send SMS's and administer your PDN's.

TIP:
You can also register and use a regular landline telephone, however since we cannot usually send your PIN by Text Message (SMS) to a non-mobile phone, please email us at

Can't get your PIN?
If you are unable to receive the Text Message (SMS) or are having trouble please email support@dialstation.com with your telephone number.
Retrieving PIN from the Voice Gateway (+49 30 2000 903)
At the Dialstation dialtone enter *746* (*pin*) and you will receive another Text Message with your PIN.
